Improve Node Software whitelisting #255
Description
Node Software whitelisting can be implemented during Session establishing, very closely after getting the Hello Packet. this would lead to less overhead for the session container, and Non-Whitelisted Nodes would not get their upgrade to a regular Session in the SessionContainer, and would only consume Handshaking Slots.
