The current import procedure does not handle waitlisting data

Beginning with the Summer 2019 term, WCSU now allows students to register onto a waitlist for courses that are at capacity. Given that this is likely a feature used in many Ellucian Banner systems, we may want to adjust the import procedure to correctly ignore this data during the course schedule import.

Currently, the import procedure fails and does not import a term if it contains columns related to waitlists (first noted when testing PR #81). There are three columns related to waitlists: WL Cap, WL Act, and WL Rem.
