Support for default values for @template

I would like to request the ability to specify default values for generic arguments in Valinor. I noticed that the library currently doesn't support this feature (see this discussion in PHPStan's repository). Would you consider adding support for default generic values as a potential feature in future releases?

Hi @szado, this seems interesting, but before going into development for this, would you have an example of where this feature would actually be useful?

This was needed for a feature to come, so @template default values were introduced in #832. 😊
