Vertical circuit wire

**Suggestion**
Some sort of single block that allows moving essentials circuit signals vertically

**Justification**
Someone in the discord just mentioned it, but i've encountered this in practice (e.g. when interfacing a reader on some setup with a control circuit without going through redstone/transmitter pair)
