Circuit UI text is hard to read

**Describe the bug**
Text in circuit UIs is drawing with shadows which make it very hard to read. It didn't use to do this; probably just a boolean parameter that got set wrong during an update. 
This is on Essentials 2.16.0; haven't tested on a newer version.
