Stability beam Wither behaviour

**Suggestion**
Make stability beam negate withers' attempts to destroy blocks.

**Current Behavior [Optional]**
Wither can destroy blocks in a non-explosive manner, which isn't currently suppressed.

**Justification**
Makes the entry about negating wither explosions with a stability boom in the guidebook obsolete as it can't contain the wither in the end.
