Agent Deployment: Handle asynchronous deployments

Currently we're waiting for the agent to deploy, however, it could take a while depending on the agent. 

Ideal behaviour is click "Deploy" then shortly after returns to screen where it shows "Agent deploying..." then "Agent deployed" or something
