More Information failing to always present the actual search item while at Market Board

I click MORE INFORMATION on the market board item I searched
I click "UNIVERSALIS" icon
On Chrome browser Universalis I get FAILED TO RETRIEVE
I realize on FFXIV screen it did not bring up my search item but instead, GIL

This does NOT occur on every item - I have been able to retrieve multiple searches without errors
