Feature Request - add a button/option to highlight all list items in inventory

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
the main purpose is to avoid tossing needed items when clearing up space while doing larger lists without needing check if they're still needed in the list though either the list or by moving them to the saddlebags/retainers and checking tooltips

Describe the solution you'd like
add a button/option to highlight all list items in inventory

Describe alternatives you've considered
while less easily visible adding the option for a always on tool tip i.e "5 in list missing 0" would solve it compared to the blank tooltips you currently get when you have all of the amount needed of the item.
