[Request] Add artist to chat log

Love this plugin. Just wondering if you'd be able to implement an option to display the artist name alongside the title when it prints in the chosen chat window. It'd be great for when I'm listening to playlists featuring multiple artists and can check who a track is by at a glance when I don't have the in-game player displayed.
