Old links redirect to nonexistent repos

Not a huge deal, but some people (like me) who may have saved or shared a link to your spec may be surprised to find it was moved.

Visiting http://criticmarkup.com/spec.php
redirects the user to https://github.com/CriticMarkup/spec.php
which doesn't exit.

While visiting http://criticmarkup.com
redirects to https://github.com/CriticMarkup/CriticMarkup-toolkit
which is fine.

I said links and repos (plural) because any link that matches http://criticmarkup.com/:whatever is redirecting to https://github.com/CriticMarkup/:whatever
