Resources with AccessType "execute" incorrectly recognied by device server as "NoAccess"

Custom objects (not sure if it affects predefined objects as well) with executable resource are incorrectly recognized by Device server as "NoAccess". This makes it impossible to perform "execute" operation on such resource.
