[1.18.2] JEI categories dump command is broken #32

Issue description
Using /ct dump jei_categories returns an empty list. The command is recognized, but returns an empty list after the List of all known JEI categories message. This issue is present with all 10.x versions of JEI and it doesn't appear in any 9.x version.
Steps to reproduce
Just execute the /ct dump jei_categories command and look at the log

Tried it with latest (40.1.68) and reccomended (40.1.0)
