Template: Crossplane to deploy GKE cluster (GCP)

Problem

It doesn't exist yet and it would be a great addition to the project.

Expected behavior

A Crossplane template should be developed for deploying GKE clusters on GCP, which:

• Offers a standard, reusable pattern for setting up GKE clusters.
• Incorporates best practices for security and configuration.
• Provides flexibility for customization.
• This template will enhance the ease of use of Crossplane for GKE deployments and promote best practices across different deployments.
