More descriptive names for MMU preprocessing constraints

With the splitting up of the MMU constraints file into many files I also split the preprocessing stages into their own constraints. Currently the names are bad and follow an anti pattern à la xxx---1st-preprocessing-row which we would like to avoid as much as possible.
