Old tags/releases disappeared/removed?

Hi there,

We were re-installing an old version of Peptideshaker on request for one of our users at our HPC facility, however it appears all releases and tags corresponding to version numbers have been removed from this github repository. Are there any plans to restore these? We typically compile all software from scratch and had a nice build with Spack for it, but we can't download the tarballs anymore.

We have never used GitHub for the releases, hence I'm afraid there is no easy way of compiling a specific PeptideShaker version from scratch. At least none that I know of.
