ipv6 support

ok I migt be doing something wrong but the container running vymanager has ipv6 (and working external dns) , this is confirmed with doing wget to both the routers ipv6 address and with ssh. but vymanagee fails to connect to the routers ipv6 address. this is not a big issue but might ne in the future as people might move their managment networks to ipv6 only to conserve what little ipv4 they have
