We would like to add a node parameter locking feature. Sometimes, when dragging the canvas or building complex workflows, you might accidentally click on parameter options on certain nodes.

As for what you're requesting, so far you can only pin (P on the keyboard) nodes to lock them in place, but they still are fully editable.
Nonetheless, there are some workarounds that might or might not suit your needs:

1. The "Convert to Input" Trick (Best for locking)
   If you want to make a value hard to change by accident:

-> Right-click the node and select "Convert [widget name] to input".
-> This removes the slider/text box from the node face and turns it into a circular port.
-> The value is now "locked" because there is no UI element to click. To change it, you would have to manually connect a "Primitive" node or convert it back.

2. Custom Nodes: rgthree or pysssss
   If you are open to installing custom nodes, check out rgthree-comfy:

-> His nodes often include "Context" features that allow for more granular control over how data flows.
-> Some extensions (like pysssss) have added "Lock" features in the past, but usually, they still only affect the position, not the widget interaction.

3. Using Groups as "Shields"
   While not a perfect lock, you can:

-> Place the nodes inside a Group.
-> Right-click the Group and select "Lock Group".
-> This makes it much harder to accidentally drag nodes out, though it still won't stop a direct click on a slider inside the group.

4. The "Pure Read-Only" Alternative (ComfyUI-Frontend)
   For people who want to share a workflow where others cannot mess with the values, the trend in 2026 is moving toward using ComfyUI-Frontend wrappers (like Gradio or Streamlit versions of a workflow). This exports the workflow as a simple "App" where the user only sees the buttons the creator wants them to see.
