Only filesz data should be written, not memsz. This is a problem for noload sram2 headers, which need to be skipped since they can't be written when the bootloader is running. Signed-off-by: Matt Johnston <[email protected]>

This updates nvme-mi-dev with namespace management commands and sanitize/format.
A couple of xspiloader fixes are added - Rust 1.89 compatibility and support for using sram2 region (added in #1 )
