<<RowsFit >> Tag is not working

I'm implementing ClosedXML.Reports into my application for the auto row height feature but I'm having issues getting RowsFit to work, I had some luck with the default reports Sample but only sometimes and I don't understand, when it's working and when not, setting WrapText also didn't do the job.
I have also tried setting RowsFit in A1 but it didn't change anything, I have tried settings Rowsfit only for a cell, also without success.
Only ColsFit has worked as it should. I tried with and without OnlyValues.

I have tried downgrading to 0.2.2 because of another issue #285
also without success.

It seems to be an issue of the AdjustToContents Function from ClosedXML.

I have tested it, when I add \n newlines to the input variables, RowsFit starts working (textwrap alone without rowsfit doesn't work).

I expected it to work similar to what happens when you apply textwrap in Excel and double click the row resizer, where it auto-resizes the whole row to fit everything, no matter if there are newlines or not.

I have made an Issue in the ClosedXML Repository and hope it gets noticed. ClosedXML/ClosedXML#2628 .I suggest updating the ClosedXML.Reports Tags Documentation about the current Behaviour.

After retesting it in my Sample I made in this issue #285
and changing my long entries to newlines, I couldn't even get that working on the new version...

RowsFit Tag is too unstable for me, there are very few times where it is working.

I got it working with newlines again, the issue was, it did not work in the latest version when RowsFit was only set in the cell/column, when applying it for the entire table in the service row, newlines start working again but normal entries without newlines are not getting resized

And more RowsFit issues appear, I noticed even tho I only set RowsFit in the Service Row of the table, it still resized the Row below which should not be resized as it is not inside of the table. This also happens when it is only set for a cell/column inside a table. This happens in both 0.2.2 and 0.2.11.
This issue is probably similar to #309.

I have tried the latest ClosedXML Version in this issue ClosedXML/ClosedXML#1702 (comment)
and there it did not change the Height of the Row outside of the AdjustToContents Scope, so i guess this is caused by ClosedXML.Reports and not ClosedXML itself.

I guess RowsFit should auto fit height.

What concerning is that even if a full row is selected as region

1. the template row heights are not honored
2. some unusual shifts occur, see: BUG - row height issues, and changed named region Print_Titles value after generation #397
