Journeymap can't display water, with minecolonies installed #421

Bug Report
As the title mentions, is water missing on the map and minimap of journeymap (it's just not there), I removed mods until I found it that minecolonies causes this bug.
But when minecolonies is installed with the least required mods (+Fugue, Scalar, CodeChickenLib, Forgelin-Continuous, LibrarianLib-Continuous, Journeymap and Minecolonies) it works fine.
So it seems like it, that another mod combined with minecolonies is causing this bug, but I can't figure out which other mod combied with minecolonies causes it.

Final Checklist
- I have searched the issues and haven't found a similar issue.
- I have read the readme and know that what is action build.
- I have installed Fugue and it didn't fix my issue.
- I have installed Scalar Legacy and it didn't fix my issue.
- I have switched my Forgelin and LibrarianLib to continuous versions(check readme for more detail).
- I am running a test build from Cleanroom Github Actions. (Or, if I've compiled it myself I plan to fix the issue)
- I did not use PCL/PCLCE or other unsupported launchers.
