Develop a routine evaluation bundle for snow DA experiments:

Resolution, time period, forcing, ICS, etc
==> C1152, 2024/09/01-2025/05/31, ERA5
Establish routine eval for snow fields
Data sets (SNODAS + ERA5-Land globally)
Metrics
Maps, bar plots, summary stats
O-F for snow cover and station depth

Also, tailor Zhichang's scripts for use in the bundle.
