• These submissions will have a flag field called status. The status can be approved, rejected, pending
  • These unapproved submissions will need to be viewed on a separate page and as a short list on a dashboard
  • The only users that can change a submission status is those with the submission-approver, admin or super-admin role.
  • An approved date and a approved by field should be set when a submission changes to an approved status.
