Development Delays

Due to unforseen circumstances that will not be disclosed, I will not be working on Catalyst for an extended period of time. The estimated duration is 1 month. Security patches will continue for the v3.8.x release. However, LTS will not be updated. v3.9.x will NOT be releasing on time. Distributors of Catalyst binaries will continue to be notified of updates, and packages will be shipped.

If you would like development to continue during this period, consider contributing. Please test your PRs. They will be reviewed, then merged, but not tested. Make sure to make pull requests for the v3.9.x development branch
