GP-level returns: split promote across capital / acquisition / management partners

For the GP side of a syndication (#8/#9), split the promote among multiple GP partners by role.

Roles

• Capital partner (puts in GP co-invest)
• Acquisition partner (sources the deal)
• Management partner (asset management lift)

Default split: 33/33/34 for v1.

Open questions

• Are these splits applied to total promote, or to specific fee streams (e.g., acquisition fee → acquisition partner)?
• Variable splits per partner per fee type — likely overkill for v1; defer.
• Display: a small table next to the syndication executive summary (Partnership structures: solo / JV (straight split) / syndication (preferred return) #9), partner-by-partner.
• Hide entirely when mode != syndication?
