Active transfer hitting zero stopping download

Hi, I am trying to download crimson desert but whenever i try to directly download it from fuckingfast. After like 60% it just stops downloading because the active transfer hits zero, i have tried everything but i still cant fix it, help.

Same here for RE9 but I get to 99.8%, it’s pretty annoying
