Tidy ldscripts to put our symbols in obviously our sections

Symbols defined outside of a section body get assigned into the most recently mentioned section. That's often what we want (for the section end symbols, for example), but some of them (__revoker_scan_start, at the top of the rwdata script, say) should end up in something more obviously ours.
