Motivation
Create CSVs for OpenStack and Storage to be added to the OpenShift Invoice data at a later step.
Completion Criteria
1 CSV created with the OpenStack Invoice data and one with the Storage Invoice data.
Description
- Confirm Outages table excludes:
- noe for OpenStack
- process DBs
- Provide CSVs to @QuanMPhm scripts to clean it up
