The current script, if we run for node 11,12 ,13and 14 will get IP addresses 11,12 ,13 and 14 which collide with storage nodes. So we need to modify them so that they will not have ip addresses - 11,12 and 13,14

Also, once a naming convention is chosen, we need to update the wiki to block off the set of addresses which are affected. Currently I have blocked off 1-10 and 15-48.

The easiest convention is probably to add some number (maybe 100) to the node name.
