Fixes for accelerated paint on Windows with AMD, and for Linux.

• AMD on Windows: the game no longer crashes in atio6axx.dll a few seconds after accelerated paint turns on or the window is resized (CCBlueX/LiquidBounce#9359).
• Accelerated paint reports the shared texture's own size, so the frames right after a resize no longer use the old size.
• Linux: Chromium's memory log no longer crashes the game.
• Built against LiquidBounce 0.41.0.

On Polaris and Vega (RX 400, RX 500 and Vega cards), accelerated paint still starts off. Their drivers keep some video memory every time the window changes size (CCBlueX/LiquidBounce#6404). F12 in the main menu turns it on anyway.

The Chromium browser LiquidBounce shows its menus with, taken over from MCEF. LiquidBounce comes with it, so there is nothing to install.

• Copy and paste work on Wayland.
• Accelerated paint works on X11 as well and is decided per GPU. Auto turns it on for NVIDIA and for AMD from Adrenalin 26.1.1 on Windows, and for Mesa drivers on Linux. Older AMD drivers, NVIDIA on Linux and a game running on another GPU than the display start with it off. Intel on Windows keeps software paint.
• GuiRenderer > AcceleratedPaint is Auto, On or Off. F12 in the main menu switches it.

If the menus look wrong or stay black, press F12 in the main menu and tell us your GPU and driver in the issues.
