Build errors v0.2.14

when trying to build the project with cargo build --release i'm getting this error.

Looks like you're using a Windows machine. Unfortunately, I do not have any windows test machines available. The code builds well on my mac m1 machine with --release flag set on a fresh checkout.

i tried to use my ubuntu laptop however here I get 'failed to find openssl development headers'
Ihave installed openssl-dev package and the OPENSSLDIR enviroment variable is set but still getinng the error after a reboot

@Techrese I had similar issues on 24.04, but found that using rustup update, then bumping the version of reqwest in the Cargo.toml from 0.11 to 0.12 was sufficient to address the issue. YMMV.

This should be addressed in #5. Also added CI to check on build on Windows, macOS, and Linux (ubuntu-latest).

I can confirm that the build issues have now been resolved, at least on Ubuntu 24.04.
