Use `connectivity` or `neighbor_table` consistently, not both

Note that currently GT4Py has a general concept of Connectivity and a refined concept NeighborTable for a connectivity that is backed by an array (instead of e.g. a function).

In that case icon4py usage should be consistent with gt4py's idea of connectivity/neighbor table.

Actually I am not sure, because all connectivities in icon4py are neighbortables, so probably just connectivity is fine.
