Make it clear which TiddlyWiki version each release is compatible with

This should be made clear on GitHub and on the demo website as well, for both Muuri and Muuri-Kanban.

I'm not sure if it is possible, but automatically disabling the plugin if it is installed in a TiddlyWiki that is out-of-date would also be good.
