Enable Disabled Text-to-Speech (TTS) Function #253
Description
Issue
The Text-to-Speech (TTS) feature is currently disabled (or inactive) in the application. This function needs to be re-enabled to allow users to utilize the TTS capability as intended.
Acceptance Criteria:
- The TTS function is fully enabled and operational in the UI.
- Users can utilize the TTS feature without encountering errors.
