Issues
The audio recording process involves approximately 5 distinct stages. We need a system to track and mark the validation status of each of these stages on a project, book, or chapter basis. This will provide clear visibility into where a project stands in the quality control process.

Acceptance Criteria
- Stages are defined and configurable (e.g., Stage 1, Stage 2, ...).
- The system tracks which stage a chapter/book is currently in.
- A visual indicator marks each stage as "Validated" for tracking.
