use Plonk instead of Groth16

I have seen that you use Groth16 for the benchmark but this isn't our setup in production for the pessimistic proof.

I think I'd be interesting to have the numbers with Plonk since it's what is really used in production, I don't think there is any project interested in using Groth16 since it forces them to make a trusted setup.
