Breeze Wallet should attempt to connect to a different server when the currently selected one cannot be connected to

The FullNode has a registration details for three MasterNodes. When it attempts to connect to the node which is not running it takes a long time to timeout (about 5min) and than it doesn't attempt to connect to any other server.

There should be a fallback which will automatically switch to a different server when the currently selected one cannot be connected to.
