We can probably refactor to have more shared blocks for specific languages.
The point of wonder is can we have multiple compose files e.g. 1 for rust services, 1 for typescript, other languages, telemetry only, and start them individually, and if we can link easily link them without introducing complexity does it even make sense to do this.
Scrolling less is good, more tightly scoped code is good, but jumping around files via a vague idea of "language" or "telemetry" or "something else" may be pointless.
