Regarding Current Progress

This is with reference to the meeting with @bassoy . As discussed I've tried to work upon the suggestions provided. Please find the PR #7 enclosed as per my understanding. Eagerly waiting for your comments and improvements. Thanks for all your support, guidance and motivation.

Before going into the details of the PR #7 contents

1. Use https://github.com/BoostGSoC21/ublas/tree/features/gsoc21%2Fshikhar
   There is no need to make a pull-request from your personal account into this. Copy paste everything from your home repo. Use the existing doc folder directly as in https://github.com/boostorg/endian/tree/develop/doc

2. Before further coding - please finalize everything from the checkboxes from the announcement Finalize your Project Specification and Timeline with Milestone Descriptions #10.

TO DO

Each stipend should (wiki)

• describe his/her own project in the wiki: (references are wiki18 or wiki19.
• describe why the project is needed in Boost.uBlas
• mention/describe your milestones (one milestone for each phase) that you have mentioned/described
• describe what the definition of done is for each of the milestone

Each stipend should (Kanban board)

• describe his/her own project on the Kanban board - @shikharvashistha in more detail please
• create your labels - as you already did
• include your milestones - this one requires specific names and description - put the definition of done inside
• include your initial tasks and discuss this with your mentor
