Clean up about page

With the addition of initiatives the about page is getting a little long.

I propose the following changes (as their own issues)

• Remove Own Your Masters and Support the Ecosystem Sections as they are not mentioned on the homepage #305
• Add Diversity by Inclusion Section #306
• Add Say it Loud! Section #307
• Remove Why Online First #308
• Replace links to Partners with their logos #309
• Remove those partnerships that are in Planning #310
