[Refactor] Reusable Table Icon Button

Relevant issues

This PR introduces a reusable Table Icon Action button to ensure cohesion between all of our tables. The Action column along with the actions the user is able to perform is common in the UI. The main interface for these actions are the Icon buttons. This will standardize the look and feel of icon buttons for our tables in the UI.

Changed the team table to use these reusable buttons as a proof of concept.
