After I opened the chat, everyone got this error and for me and a lot (but not all) people, the entire HUD disappeared. E reconnect fixed it.

TIPS is the TTT feature which shows tips/suggestions to players when they're spectating.

Are you using the damage logs while playing TTT?

Sorry, I mean are you playing the gamemode Trouble in Terrorist Town?
Or are you playing a modified variant of it like TTT2?

And do you have any addons relating to spectator tips?

Yeah, I'm using TTT2.

Maybe because of Spectator Deathmatch?
