[Fatal Error] messages

While processing any of several PDF files BlockifyClassify, BlockStatistics, ClassifyBlockifed generates a number of error messages. I'm not able to determine what module is producing these errors

[Fatal Error] :1:62: The entity name must immediately follow the '&' in the entity reference.
please help me

I have also experienced this problem. Wasn't able to find a solution.
