Invalid or corrupt jarfile gateway.jar

Hi,
I cloned the ble-convertor project from the repo, when i built it using maven (mvn clean package), it got successfully built. But, while executing maven project (mvn exec:exec) , i am getting an "Invalid or corrupt jarfile gateway.jar" . If i mistakenly did some ugly work please guide me.

Is it require to run edgeAgent and edgeHub on the machine to run this samples ?
