Styling of "Fediverse reactions" block [feature request]

Quick summary

One can add a "Fediverse reactions" block to posts that shows icons of those people who boosted and followed a post, as well as counts for each of these (along with a drop down list). However, it is not possible to change the format of this block, which might clash with the style and theme of the your site.

I propose allowing one to make minor changes to the format of this block. As as start, all of these options could be added as part of the ActivityPub plugin settings. Here are those options that I think would be essential:

1. Show (or do not show) individual reactions by default on the post: Some people might only want to show the total count, and not see the icon list.
2. Show (or do not show) reaction counts for followers and reposts: Some people might think that having both the icon list AND the drop down list is redundant.
3. Show (or do not show) list of followers and reposts when clicking on the reaction count: Some people might only want to see the total number and hide the account names/icons.
4. Set icon size: Provide about four default options, and perhaps even a user input custom size.

In fact, customizable blocks might be better implemented by adding them through the theme or a third-party plugin.

I would probably put all css styling in the theme, but control "functionality" from the settings. In this regard, icon size might be better controlled by the theme.

@MarkWieczorek please be a bit more conservative with the "Severity"... I think this is by no means "Critical" :)
