Add ban group list / check before upload to xyz tracker

Not sure how useful this would be but having a list/table of banned release groups per tracker or being able to input them into a text file yourself to allow for the script to check during the upload process to prevent users from accidentally uploading banned groups causing rejections.

Site shows OFT and SM737 banned as I had a upload rejected today because of OFT.

Are those groups in the relevant site file banned groups list?
Are you sure that the group tag was correctly gathered by UA?

It is currently not in the ULCX.py list. ULCX did identify the release group but I believe ULCX has added it within the past few days.
