That image is from the RSS reader Inoreader. It's the feature called "spotlights" .
In Commafeed this could be a new global setting, yes, but I've thought that it also could live in the per-feed filtering section, use similar expressions and just do the opposite of removing the entry and highlighting the text. It could exist as just targeting titles to start with also.
It would be a kicka** feature in a tool that is already amazing! Thanks for all the hard work and for these continued efforts with Commafeed.
