Feature Request: Highlight items or titles that contain an expresion

This is something I'd thought of for some time and it's a feature I've loved in other feed readers. The idea is to highlight a particular string of text in article titles when they're found.

In an example, "Apple" and "Facebook" are set to highlight below:

In Commafeed this could be a new global setting, yes, but I've thought that it also could live in the per-feed filtering section, use similar expressions and just do the opposite of removing the entry and highlighting the text. It could exist as just targeting titles to start with also.

It would be a kicka** feature in a tool that is already amazing! Thanks for all the hard work and for these continued efforts with Commafeed.

Implemented in #2195 - adds a per-feed highlight expression that reuses the existing CEL filtering to cosmetically highlight matching titles without affecting read state.

Highlighting by expression would benefit from a narrow first version. Should expressions be plain substring matches, regex, or the same search syntax CommaFeed already supports? It would also help to define whether rules are global, per feed, or per folder, because that changes both UI complexity and feed-list performance.
