ERROR: Protobuf Duplicate File Error in OpenTelemetry Dependencies

Hi, I just want to direct attention to this issue arize-otel-python/issues/22.
I opened it on the arize-otel repo, but that repo does not seem to get much attention, so I am opening an issue here too.

Appreciate any help.
