Remove command "extra msg"

Remove command extra msg in calculator_main.cs. It does not make sense anymore as it only says to check announcements.pdf.

Extra msg is already removed. But it is still seen when you type the command help and when you open the file cmd_list.txt. I will remove extra msg from the said command and file.
