Blast API shutting down after Oct 31

Hey, [Blast API](https://blastapi.io/) is shutting down after Oct 31, 2025, so the endpoints may stop working.

I would suggest updating mentions in [this file](https://github.com/Apillon/nft-template/blob/master/src/script.ts#L199) with an alternative RPC provider like [Chainstack](https://chainstack.com).
